Rules and Regulations

  • Punctuality is essential and students must report to school on time.
  • Students who come by their own transport must be in school 10 minute before the start of the school student who come late to school shall be sent home after 2 warnings and marked absent.
  • Irregular attendance, unjustified or unexplained absence from school, habitual late coming, leaving the school premises without permission, disobedience and any type of unruly and objectionable behaviour are considered to be grave acts of indiscipline on the part of a student which can lead to his/her expulsion from the school.
  • It is compulsory to bring school diary and identity card everyday.
  • Homework should be done regularly the school work and homework copies must be well covered and index should be there when maintain on the first page.
  • Shouting and running in the school premises/ bus is not allowed.Loitering in the lobby and the office areas is strictly forbidden even during recess.
  • Student are strictly forbidden from bringing fire crackers/colours to school.Serious action leading to dismissal will be taken if student are found in possession of the same.
  • The school is not to be held responsible for the loss of personal belonging it is not advisable for student to bring valuables to the school.
  • Students are not permitted to carry cellular phones to the school. They are not allowed to use school phones without permission, they cannot be called to the school offices to attend the phone calls during school hours. However in case of emergency the telephone in the office may be used by the students.
  • Using unfair means in a test examination is a grave offence. A student who is found using unfair means will be awarded zero in the subject and will be issued a strict warning. Repetition of the same offence will result in his/her expulsion from the school.
  • Students are expected to take proper care of the school property. It is there for their convenience.They should not break any item of furniture and fixtures within the school. They should not write, scratch or engrave graffiti on desk, chairs and other surfaces.
  • All are student should observe high standards in their general get up, deportment and conduct.
  • In order to acquire competency in spoken English, all students must try and converse in English while they are in school.
  • Unknown persons will not be allowed to collect the child from the school. In case of an emergency parents should coordinate with concerned School authorities accordingly to avoid unforeseen problems regarding security of your child

  • No half day leave is permitted in case of any family function or other programme, parents are requested not to send the child to the school.
  • Children are expected to attend school regularly as 75% attendance is compulsory in an academic session. As such, no leave of absence is granted unless parents/guardians submit an application well in advance on solid and plausible grounds for absence.
  • In case of sickness for any period of time a medical certificate must be attached with the leave application.
  • For absence from the school without duly sanctioned leave, a fine of rupees 5 per day is charged.
  • If an unauthorised absence exceeds a period of 15 days, it shall be presumed that the parents are not willing to continue the child to study at school and one month notice period required for TC shall start on the 16 day of such un authorised absence and charges shall be levied accordingly. If the parents want the child to resume classes it shall be done only with the permission of the school management along with payment of penalty of Rupees 1500.

Instructions to Parents

  • Parents are expected to go through the school calendar carefully and make a note of important dates and events, especially parents teacher meeting and test examination. We expect the parents to come in large numbers and meet the concerned teachers to discuss not only the academic progress but also other areas of personality development like attitude, aptitude building etc.
  • Parents/Guardians are not permitted to enter class rooms to meet their children or to seek unscheduled interviews with teacher during school hours.
  • Maximum Co-operation between parents and school authorities is desired to ensure the best performance and progress of child.
  • Parents may please see that their child adheres to the school uniform strictly.
  • In case of emergency, parents/guardians must meet the Principal/Headmistress and adopt a course of action in consultation with them.

  • Teach your child good eating habits and toilet habits.
  • Give your child proper healthy and nutritious food in his/her tiffin.
  • Parents are advised to abstain from criticizing the School Authorities or the school fraternity in the presence of their wards.Students must be taught and encouraged to respect their teachers and elders.
  • Parents are requested to co-operate with the school in its attempt to help their ward's progress by paying attention to their regularity, punctuality and discipline and by taking interest in their academic work. They should check the school bag and diary everyday and note the homework and any other instruction given.You are advised to check the bag of your ward's to see for notice etc.
  • Parents must know that no school teacher is allowed to take private tutions. As such , they should not press the teachers of the school of the school to accept private tution for their wards.
